- 1 Kit (2 Magnets): Recommended for signs up to 18 inches.

- 2 Kits (4 Magnets): Recommended for signs 24 to 30 inches.

- 3 Kits (6 Magnets): Recommended for large-scale projects over 30 inches.

How long does production take?

Please allow 1-4 business days from the time an order is placed to be shipped. In rare instances, there may be a delay of the time frame of shipping due to unforeseen imperfections in pieces. In these instances, we will do our best to communicate the delay.

What is your shipping process?

We can ship products anywhere within the United States using either USPS, FedEx or UPS as shipping providers. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipment's destination, and our defined shipping method for the
specified item(s).

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

What are your shipping charges?

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders!

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing an order. After 6 hours have passed, we are unable to cancel or modify orders. 

Due to the on demand nature of our production process, we are not able to accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or change of size. Once the production process has begun, all sales are final.

Due to the on-demand nature of our production process, natesnextstore does not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests after the order has
been produced, printed, shipped, and/or delivered. This includes all issues due to user error i.e. garment size issues, errors in delivery address, incorrect color or product variant types. 

Should you experience any issue receiving your order, please reach out to us with a picture of the item and box you received at info@sovereignmetalworks.com within 2 days of receiving the order. Once 2 days have passed since the receipt of the item, we will no longer issue replacements or refunds. 

Please do not 'return to sender' without prior contacting us. This will not be accepted as a refund or exchange and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees to get the product back to you.
