Shopify Payments is the world's leading payment platform for e-commerce stores. Your details are never saved and no one will ever have access to them.

If you have placed your order within the last hour please contact us as soon as possible. In the subject line of your email, please write your order number and the reason for your email - for example write "Order 1202 Product Change." If more than one hour has passed, you're more than welcome to still email us and we will do everything possible to remedy the situation, however our options may be limited as our print system is automated.

To cancel an order, you must email info@sovereignmetalworks.com within 6 hours of your order being placed and we will process a refund at our discretion. After 6 hours, it is not possible to cancel your order. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for production (7-10 during peak periods e.g. Christmas and holidays).

All of our products are produced "on demand" right here in the USA, meaning we only make them when you order. We do this so that we can ensure the highest level of quality control possible. 

All of our Metal Art is Amish-made and fulfilled in the United States, ensuring you a high-quality product you can be proud to display!
