At Sovereign Metalworks, every piece is crafted to order with precision and pride. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to feel completely confident when you place an order.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within six hours of purchase. After that window, production begins and we’re unable to make changes to personalization, design, or sizing details.

Each metal sign goes through strict inspection before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within five days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Because every piece is custom-made to your specifications, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect details provided at checkout once production has begun.

However, for first-time buyers, we offer extra protection. If your first order doesn’t meet your expectations or you simply change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit toward another item, or a cash refund — whichever you prefer.

If your order arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit, we’ll handle the claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no additional cost.
